We are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our business and to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

This is our inaugural statement and covers the steps taken to identify and mitigate modern slavery across FGS's offices, workforce and supply chain.

The Global Executive Committee approves this statement and our corporate counsel reviews it annually. In tandem with our legal, finance and HR teams, our internal ESG steering committee manages this policy and associated strategy.

2.   Organisation structure and supply chainsFGS Global is the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm, with approximately 1,400 professionals in 31 offices around the world, helping leaders manage and build momentum for high-stakes transactions, complex corporate transformations, and mission-critical situations. FGS was formed from the combination of Finsbury, The Glover Park Group, Hering Schuppener and Sard Verbinnen & Co to offer board-level and C-suite counsel in all aspects of stakeholder strategy — including corporate reputation, crisis management, and public affairs — and is also the leading force in financial communications worldwide. Within the United Kingdom, FGS has one office and 161 employees.

As a professional services company, most of our suppliers provide non-tangible items including information technology and data services, travel services, facilities and professional services. The locations of our suppliers include the countries in which we operate and adjacent geographies.

3.   Policies in relation to slavery and human traffickingFGS is dedicated to preventing modern slavery within its operations and its supply chain. Our commitment to mitigating modern slavery in our operations and supply chain is supported by the following policies:

Code of Conduct:This policy describes the ethical commitments upheld by all FGS employees.

Supplier Code of Conduct: All of our suppliers are required to abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct. This policy outlines expectations placed on our suppliers related to ethics, sustainability, risk management and human rights. This policy also requires our suppliers to comply with the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act.

4.   Due diligence processesBesides the policies shared above, FGS’ internal assessment has identified priority areas in our supply chain and operations. These areas are our focus for engagement -  suppliers of event services, facilities support and travel services and those jurisdictions we estimate have the highest prevalence of modern slavery.

FGS is in the process of developing an annual supplier survey to understand and engage our supply chain in a more effective manner. We intend to engage directly with our significant suppliers, and those suppliers in high-risk locations and industries.

5.   Risk assessment and managementGenerally speaking, our industry has a low risk of modern slavery. FGS continues to engage stakeholders and mitigate risks through several strategies, in addition to the policies and procedures outlined above.

Our whistleblower protection policies are critical to maintaining our culture of encouraging employees to speak up when they see violations of our Code of Conduct without fear of retribution or retaliation. All reports made are taken extremely seriously and are kept anonymous. Our Safe to Speak whistleblower hotline is maintained by a third party and is internally managed by our global HR team.

Later this year, we will roll out training on modern slavery to identified stakeholders. We also plan to make available to all employees information on modern slavery and its mitigation on our intranet.

6.   Key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being takenIn addition to our existing and planned diligence processes, we intend to measure progress within our risk assessment and management frameworks by establishing, tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).

7.   Approvals and signatureWe are publishing this statement on June 30, 2025 for our December 31, 2024 fiscal year end.

This statement was approved by the company’s Global Executive Committee on June 26, 2025 and signed on behalf of the Global Executive Committee by Akin Harrison, Chief Legal Officer, on the same date.
